这种情况可能来自另一道锁仍在锁定、门体受力、锁舌没有对齐、锁芯空转或内部连接故障。不要持续大力扭转钥匙，应先观察动作和阻力变化。Another lock may still be engaged, the door may be pressing against the frame, the latch may be misaligned, or an internal connection may not be moving correctly. Stop applying force and observe how the key, door and latch behave.
- 确认门上是否还有 deadbolt、链锁、插销或其他锁定装置，不要忽略第二道锁。Check for another deadbolt, chain, slide bolt or locking device before assuming the visible lock is the only one engaged.
- 轻推或轻拉门再缓慢转动钥匙，判断门框压力是否卡住锁舌；不要用身体撞门。Gently push or pull the door while slowly turning the key to test for frame pressure. Do not strike the door with your body.
- 留意钥匙是正常带动机构、只能转一小段，还是几乎无阻力地空转。Notice whether the key drives the mechanism normally, stops after a small turn or spins with almost no resistance.
- 观察门与门框缝隙是否不均、门是否下垂，以及锁舌位置是否与 strike plate 对齐。Look for uneven gaps, a sagging door, or a latch that does not line up with the strike plate.
- 若钥匙弯曲、锁芯松动、出现异响或需要明显加力，立即停止，避免断钥匙或扩大损坏。Stop if the key bends, the cylinder moves, unusual sounds occur or noticeably more force is needed. Continued force can break the key or increase damage.
- 拍摄锁具和门框，并在电话中说明钥匙转动角度、锁舌是否移动以及推拉门时是否有变化。Photograph the lock and frame, then describe the turning angle, whether the latch moves and whether gently pushing or pulling changes the symptom.
